      Sharon is an amazing banker and gives extremely good customer service. She has provided me and my family with all our banking needs. Sharon has helped us with accounts, any type of card issues, loans, etc and takes care of you every step of the way. Synovus is an amazing bank. They treat you like an individual and not like a number. The staff, the ease of conducting business, and friendliness of the bank is top notch!

      Nothing about this bank is good. If anything, the tellers at this location are very friendly. This bank takes too long to clear transactions even on the week days! I tried closing my account just for them to tell me that it will take a couple days. I’ve never heard of such with any account. I had high hopes but it just didn’t work out
