      This branch is a joke. Very unprofessional, if you don't go in and flirt with the tellers they will somehow find a way to complicate your visit. And there is no repercussions for the employee if they are disrespectful to CUSTOMERS. They can hold your money by the click of a button! Just save yourself and go to another branch.

      Had my money stolen from my account and I called synovus multiple times about this for them to keep telling me once it hit the 20th the money will be there the money still wasn't in my account so I had to call again from where its already been more than a week since its been stolen. They would've left it as stolen and today the 22nd they finally gave back one of the purchases but I got to call again because they didn't give all my money back from where It was took

      Ashley Henly does not follow-up on basic customer service. It appears She must NOT like Hispanics. She is NOT a woman of her word. I went and spoke to her about about the interest rate of my money market and she said she would talk to a colleague of hers to return my call. That never happened. I left multiple messages on her v/m and did not return my call. I’m going to remove my money from this institution.
