      Just called to order a new debit card and update address over the phone and it was very quick smooth. Not like some of the other big banks I've worked with.... I actually talked to a real person right away.

      Walked in to cash an $80 check from my best friend, showed 3 forms of ID. Three state issued ID's (two photo id) Refused to cash the check. They first said 2 forms of ID, but because I did not have a debit card or credit card, I was simply invisible. Waited 5 days to get a day off work to drive to your establishment to get this done. Less than Impressed.

      This is a great bank..They are friendly and very customer centric. They rarely have lines. The staff after a few visits start referring to you by name , so you will get that personal touch. When you call the bank, you get someone on the phone instead of an automated service. Some things you need to keep in mind, this is not a huge bank so don't expect branches all around the country or the latest technological advances, but if you can be ok with that, this bank is definitely a five star bank...
