  After seeing such a bad review while looking up their holiday hours, I just had to get this average up. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. Everyone Is kind and professional. They have never messed up basic banking for me, so one wonders if some reviewers have bad experiences everywhere they go, because they attract that to them. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who is shopping for a new one, because their is a high level of care for their customer that I haven’t felt from the huge banks. Caron is my go to gal there,at the Islands branch, and makes me feel comfortable and taken care of, always obliging my queries with a smile and easy manner. Forget this other reviewer. Go in and talk to them yourself and you’ll see what I’m saying is the truth.

  If you like underhanded tactics and inconsistency on charges to your account, then this mickey mouse bank is for you. This bank has screwed up more of my simple deposits than any other bank that I have ever been with. The rules seem to change week to week with how they handle your account and the charges that they incur. Look around before bankning here. This being said, it is very obvious how they make being a thorn in my side personal. Run by typical banker types, I guess.
