  I rather the hwy 20 branch. I only deposit my check here if I’m a rush and I always have problems. I will be escalating my issue further. I should be treated the same at either branch.

  Update: just spent / wasted a huge amount of time and a couple hundred dollars based on the advice of one of the in-branch "experts" advice. She told me they could not do what I was asking about and then their central office took papers I had completed and sent them back to be completed in person! Not only that, but papers sent to the central office were sent out to a branch in another city, who sent them to a local branch different than the one I contacted originally! A total rodeo, experts that don't know their own processes, want physical signatures on pieces of paper to initiate routine transactions, and seem stuck in some other and older time, not 2021. Routine checking accounts seem OK but if you need complex transactions, I would look elsewhere. very good bank, quite happy with both business and personal accounts. Super friendly staff and expertise in finding your best product solutions
