      I liked working with Ginger at this location, however the manager, last name Sinatra, thoroughly angered me yesterday. I went in there to close my account and possibly get a new checking account. I was the only person in the lobby, there were no customers outside, there were no customers in her office. However I was told that Sinatra was too busy doing something else and now I have to call and make an appointment. That’s just wrong. I was there, all she had to do was take 45 minutes out of her day and go back to whatever she was doing. Stay away from THIS Synovus!

      I have had few issues with the Synovus Connections card it was stated that you can only load your card 10 times a month in which direct deposit is considered as a load and also pre payday transfers I visited this location two days in a row I was told both days that their computer was down and that I couldnt load funds to my card . Then I ended up having issues with my payroll going direct deposit no one could tell me any information as to when the money was pending deposit or what happened with the deposit .. Im not pleased with the service but Ginger tries her best to help as much as possible I think Im just going to close out my account and bank elsewhere
