      Valerie has been our go-to for multiple home purchases and we could not be happier with the outcome of each time.       Unprofessional and rude to my girl I told them that she is allowed to have access to the files like I should have control over that but the realtor lazy and so careless and never called me and never sent me my pre approval so ratchet pls I’m warning you before you let them pull ur credit they are the WORST

      We were called by someone other than Trenton who we told repeatedly over a week span that by law we must talk to the borrower to be able to speak with her since she was not on the loan. This is for the privacy and safety of all of our customers. We never received that.
