      So DONE, my debit card was compromised the Synovous agent "expidited" a new card, assured me it would be here Monday May 16. It's 10:55 May 26, Thursday and no card.😡why is that? Because they chose FedEx , and apparently I have to be home to receive it. Don't you know most people work??? So now it's in limbo at FedEx in daytona beach and I still can't even pick it up because they need permission from the bank. I have bills due that I pay in person with my debit card and they are now delinquent and getting charged interest. Bye Synovous, taking my accounts elsewhere there are many many banks in my town. How about this...you have one of your workers retrieve my debit card 833 Bill France Daytona Beach, bring it to the Grenada office and I will pick it up there after WORK, yes because I WORK!!! I will be there at 4:45 Friday May 27. I've waited long enough!!!!

      Synovus bank has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever used. They leave you hanging for 20 minutes before a customer service agent answers. Then she can't answer your question. Calling the local bank in Ormond Beach, Fl is another dead end . No one returns my call after several requests for 4 days. I have a CD that matured and have been trying to find out their rates. Under no circumstances will I keep my money there or recommend Synovus to anyone.
