  Tammy & Breanna were extremely helpful and easy to reach whenever needed. They were patient and understanding when I had questions, Tammy was always able to be reached by cell/text at any time day or night. Breanna Jones - Loan Originator Assistant was incredibly friendly throughout the process. As a first-time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Breanna was very understanding and did a great job explaining things thoroughly and in terms I could understand. She was polite in every communication with us and I appreciate that her responses covered anything relating to my questions so there was no need for excessive emails back and forth. I can not emphasize enough how much I appreciated that I did not have to constantly check my email over the course of a day just to receive a bare-minimum response like I do with most businesses. Tammy & Breanna’s communications demonstrate a real connection with customers and their perspectives during the mortgage process. I felt they were genuinely sympathetic and empathetic while in a role where they are likely only required to be objective.

  This is the second house I’ve bought with the ladies walking me through all the steps of The purchasing endeavor. They worked hard to help me close early..........a whole week early!!!!!!!!!! I will have these amazing people on my team again! 🎉🎉🎉
