      Arnaldo Rivera is the absolute BEST banker! I decided to go into the branch and inquire on my refi application initially started online and had the pleasure of working with Rivera. He was soooo kind and knowledgable explaining all of my options but the best part is, he moved the process along so quickly allowing the refi's to go through within days. His communication and response time is unmatched and my overall banking customer service experience was top notch. He comes highly recommended and I will continue to work specifically with him where able.
