the owner, I always thought he was a nice, reasonable guy, but today I went in and tried to buy a ring it was priced at $800. It was a nice ring but it was dirty, it had nice diamonds but it was 14k gold and less than 6 grams. 14k gold per gram is less than $50 per gram and was way less than that when they bought it because they have to hold items for 90 days. Anyway I have to admit the diamonds were nice but if you have ever pawned jewelry before you know they tell you the diamonds are not worth much and they are only interested in gold content. I asked if they could do anything better on the price the lady in front refused then I asked for owner by name She walked to the back and came back and said they were sticking to the price. Logan, would not even come out and speak to me.. I’m sorry but when you ask for the owner by name because you know he is there and he won’t even come out. Ok maybe he way too busy to help make a $800 sale. Then I told the lady I would buy it if they would cover the tax. She still refused... Maybe I’m wrong but I just felt they were very unreasonable today...She weighed it for me it was less than 6 grams of 14k gold.

Not willing to even consider lowering prices on products. Pricing is too high for used products. Recommend checking price of new before you buy from here. Nice people working is a positive.
