Very irresponsible and unprofessional people!!. If you have any other option, please go for that. My experience with them is terrible. I approached them a month ago and was scheduled for filing my taxes. I needed an ITIN for my wife and kid. The day before my scheduled appointment, after 6 pm, somebody from their office called me and was letting me know that they need to cancel the appointment the next day, because "They are busy." Atleast, this people need to have some courtesy to let the clients know atleast a week before, if they have any change in schedule. I being a doctor, had to rechedule my patients to make it to that apointment and they simply want to cancel a scheduled appointment citing the reason "They're busy.." That too after 6 pm the previous day... How irresponsible and Unprofessional..
