      The buying experience was great! My home was even completed ahead of schedule. I have had 3 issues to turn into the warranty company since I moved and they are not super responsive or in any hurry to fix anything. My dining room had standing water 1/16/22 and here we are 2/15/22 and it is still not fixed. No work was done for 2 weeks. When the concrete work outside was finally completed, the demo began inside only to find the leak was not fixed. I have been given a schedule and dates and times are constantly being missed with no call or text to let me know. I can’t use the downstairs, although my kitchen is functional, it is dirty because of all the sporadic work that is happening. I am at the end of my rope with all of this! Should you purchase a home, it will be great unless you have an issue. ***builder responded to call customer service which is someone I have spoken to several times, and once again the appointment scheduled for today was missed***
