      Dropped by this place to deposit a couple of checks for our ROTH IRA, and a clean-cut and well-mannered Jim Dugan was able to take care of that, as well as resolving some issues I have with other accounts, in about 15 min. I walked in, and there was no one there. Jim happened to be outside of his office and saw me. No run-around or waiting. He just got it done. Very impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. I hope this kid gets promoted.
