(🌟 for previous employees) some of the tellers at this location move extremely slow. they act as if they could care less if they are there or not. the manager at this location is very kind, but he really needs to enforce some of the tellers to be more present and positive, far as their attitudes. the location is very clean. (🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 FOR THE NEW EMPLOYEES) THIS BANK IS DOING SO MUCH BETTER. ONE TELLER BY THE NAME OF JESSICA (IN THE DRIVE-THRU) IS AMAZING! PLEASANT AND MOVES QUICKLY WITH 100% ACCURATECY! THERE IS A GENTLEMAN THAT WORKS IN THE DRIVE-THRU AS WELL AND HE IS POLITE AND ALWAYS ON POINT WITH THE NUMBERS. I THANK THE MANAGER FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE BETTER. Told me false info that because my number wasn’t verified they cant give me my new card but also already asked for my id and social security and had a correct phone number for me. Then when i asked how to verify the number even tho that didn’t make sense, they shrugged they shoulder “idk” like how do you not know and that’s what people get sent in for sometimes is to update there phone numbers. Had to call the 24/7 number and they said none of that made sense. The people in here have no idea what they are doing.and i havnt been able to access any of my money for a week now because they told me false info and wouldn’t give me my card
