      Great customer service. I have had many ordeals with my crossover from the Canadian TD to the US TD. Every staff member has shown me grace and were very helpful. I am thankful this was the bank I chose to go to. Kudos team.

      TD BANK steals your money out of your accounts and tell you that you didn't make a deposit. Unscrupulous reps works for TD bank. I closed all my accounts after discovering money was missing. Horrible customer service, no type of recourse or investigation completed about my concerns, m y missing funds. If you want your money to disappear, open an account here.

      Most unprofessional bank I’ve ever banked at!! closed there doors before 5 o’clock… Go to the drive thru, figuring they should still be open since people have jobs and can’t get to the bank any sooner. The employees helped the customer in front of me after 5 o’clock pm in the drive thru, I pull up and they avoided me for about 5 min as I watched them talk and conversate as I wait for help, before telling me they closed at 5 and couldn’t help me when they just helped the car in front of me after hours, not even 10 min after 5. They could care less about there customers and this shows it.. if you’re considering banking with TD BANK I WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE…
