      Went into the longwood branch for a couple of things, the teller at the window was on the phone and looked extremely annoyed with me standing there, I had no problem waiting. She was so unfriendly, rude. I will do my best to do all my banking via mobile

      I opened a business account with them 6 months ago and have had a lot of problems come up. From moving money to my personal accounts and hold being placed but through it all they have been nothing but accommodating. Andrew has helped me every step of the way and know me by name and has single handedly keep me as a customer!
