      I made big mistake. I went into the bank seeking help. Dulce Buttrill helped me by fixing my errors and crediting the fees. She was very kind. I appreciate her help and kindness. I have changed my mind because the bank changed the fees to charge me 25.00 per month on checking and 5.00 on savings. No warning. Once I left the bank Dulce punished my by charging excessive fees. I moved to Chase Bank where I was happy for over 20 years. I moved to TD because The closest Chase was 36 miles away

      I am so glad that I looked at these reviews. In response to mrs. Vicky spires review I was there the day that this happened and I thought thought that the bank manager handled herself very well. Mrs.. Spires was rude and loud and was calling the manager extremely rude names. I thought she was going way to far and I was embarrassed for her. The manager simply kept her cool and was very professional about the whole incident
