If I could give this branch a zero I would every time I go to use the atm it takes minimum 30-40 minutes to just use the atm!!!!! This is atrocious!!! Hire more people or please locate a atm in a different location like most real banks.

We were stuck in the ATM line in front of one car for 45 minutes. We called the bank 3 times to let us out. It was ridiculous. No curtesy at all. What takes one car over 45 minutes in a bank line. Absolutely incompetence. All they had to do is ask the car to pull through while they worked on the issue. Needless to say I left ticked off without any money.
