      It is the best service I have ever had in my life. Starting my tour with Carlos, he gave (me and my sister) a very warm and friendly welcome. After taking care of us and advising us well on everything, he transferred us with Kevin. Kevin is a very cool young man and he helped us a lot. He began by speaking English to us and when he realized that we did not speak the language well, he spoke to us in Spanish. He helped me with my financial need from start to finish, all very patiently and politely. Their measurements make you feel like you are at home. I really love visiting this bank. Thanks, Carlos and Kevin for the kind attention. They are the best!

      This is without a doubt the worst banking experience(S) I have ever had. We’ve tried to justify their mistakes and keep our funds here but it’s been a complete mess from the start. After MULTIPLE issues on separate occasions, we have to switch banks. Do not bank here.
