      I don't know about this particular location (only had bad experience with the then Asst. Mgr. there once by phone/email earlier this year), but their Online Banking causes me frustration after frustration!

      Today I was just in the bank. I use the atm machine in the lobby to make the transaction. Well the machine ate my card. Not any card, my government issued first of the month card. It's the 8th. Well I talked with an agent named Joshua, yo, he got mad cause I was. He told me he, would help. In the end, TD bank said that they could do nothing. I mentioned it was their fault. I was told TD bank would not be responsible. I now have no access to my money. My rent will be late. All my utilities are due, but TD bank said o well. Not our fault, and that was non negotiable. Wow. Thats customer service. What a bummer.
