      Drive up is ridiculously slow. Certainly this new normal has changed things but this has been going on long enough to have found a better way to serve your clients. A 1 1/2 he wait every visit is unacceptable.

      TD BANK COUNTERFEIT BILL I went to this location and withdrew $1000 from the clerk. She handed me 10 $100 bills. I noticed one of them was old but I thought it should be fine. I paid to my friend who fixed my car. He then went to TD bank in Lowell to deposit but TD bank there took his $100 and said it was counterfeit. After weeks, nothing happened. TD bank refused to credit him back. I went to Methuen TD bank, same thing. There is nothing they can do about it. Good job TD bank! I strongly suggest that you withdraw $20 bill in the future to avoid this kind of counterfeit bill. If you search online for counterfeit bills from TD bank, there are plenty. That make me think..... hmmm how many TD bank customers got "rip off" by this already.
