  I needed some extra attention for a large transaction. The woman behind the counter was ignorant of what was needed, despite me being as clear as I could be. Had a sleepless night, but was able to straighten out the mess with a call to TD via telephone. The experience in the bank makes me think that at least one employee may not be properly trained. I will think twice about doing any transactions here that are slightly out of the ordinary. Update: TD was very helpful after the initial experience (which happened at lunchtime when they were temporarily understaffed). Very happy with the bank and their later follow through! Thank you TD

  I had some savings bonds I needed to cash and since I have a broken ankle and it’s hard to get out, I called ahead to make sure I could cash them there. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, but once I arrived they told me they were no longer cashing them for customers without a TD Bank account. I agreed to open an account with them, and then was told I had to wait 12 months until I could cash them! The tellers were sympathetic, but TD Bank’s ridiculous policies left them unable to help me. I went across the street and that bank cashed them without any problem, even though I do not have an account with them.

  I love this bank! Terry and all the staff at this incredible location make every experience easy and stress free. I have seen them go out of their way to help elderly clients and we have turned over almost all of our accounts to them. Thank you TD for being the cleanest, friendliest, BEST bank! Even Buddy loves this bank!
