      I am extremely disappointed in TD's lack of regard for their customers. I deposited a check almost two weeks ago and it has yet to clear. I was told that my case was being escalated to a supervisor after explaining to the gentleman that TD was placing me in financial hardship by not releasing my funds. I was told that my funds would likely clear early to allow me to pay my bills and it never happened. Here we are almost a week after I spoke to that gentleman, and I still do not have my money. I am purely disgusted that a financial institution could do this to a customer and am asking that they do the right thing by releasing my money and covering all of my late fees.

      Awesome people Pat Nina Gigi Becka and all members very friendly and fast service. Never waited more than 5 minutes at this location verses Babcock branch very slow. Took me almost 15 minutes to do 1 deposit and had to wait for the change until Manager arrives at the office door. Ridiculous branch something needs to be done about that branch. Maybe send them to work at 192 location for training
