      Very disappointed in this banks management. I've called made appointments only to have branch manager not show up. I've also called told that the branch manager will call me back. doesn't happen. The last branch manager and current branch manager need better organization and service skills.

      TD bank is the same as the TD american stock broker, but unfortunately i dont used stock broker.Anyway opinion they have good trading platform and easy set up.Not sure if is thru since never verify that fact.Genneraly TD bank very convenient they dominate all NYC around each corner you have that , problem they dont have good quality people to work for then .But all business have problem like that now ,half milion people pass away suddenly from Covid last 2 years then we have much less to chose to hire to work,business need laborer but laborer pass away all ages from 30 to 60 a lot of people.Then what you expect from business ? they must to hire anybody to run business or closed.Thats why we have low life service all around us
