  The most pleasant Chase visit. Jamal was extremely kind and helpful. He helped us open a high school bank account. People might not think of it, but being kind to a young person such as my 16 year old brother, makes a big difference. He explained everything to my little brother better than I could ever have. There’s also a very lovely lady with curly hair that helped us set up the appointment that was kind as well. I don’t do reviews unless it the good ones, and this one was well deserved. Thank you Jamal for the excellent customer service and the time you took to explain everything to my young brother in detail.

  Horrible experience. Initiated IRA transfer from a different bank. Filled out paperwork with financial adviser. 3 weeks later nothing happened. No answer at branch phone line. Called customer service and no paperwork was submitted. No follow up from the branch not even text message. And we are not talking about couple thousand dollars. So much for private client experience. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and will advise everyone I know to do the same!

  The lines are not long, but everyone works at a slow pace, so even if you are next in line, expect to wait 15 min or more before you are helped. The tellers like to walk away from the window, and managers do nothing to keep things moving.
