      This bank provides the worst banking experience of my life. I opened an account in Naples because TD in Canada is awesome. Incompetence at every turn. I am shopping for a new bank.

      If I could give 0 star I will, they don't care about customers. I did check in for more then an hour and an employee came to me she asked me if I tcheked in, I said yes , she said they don't see me in the system. I did tcheked in again and anybody else did not need to be checked in and they keep calling people in the line. They neve called me. I been waiting for more than 2 hours.. I hate this bank . I just gonna close my account with you.
