      They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced in the bank… they made me wait over an hour to withdraw money from 3 different accounts. Then gave me an attitude when I told them they were being unprofessional and rude when I was talking to them. Stay away, they will be loosing me as a customer and i will move my business else where.

      Their lady officer Sangeeta is quite unprofessional and not so customer friendly and helpful. She kept client waiting while she was chatting with colleague. She doesn't have the helpful attitude and rather asks client to do the task.
