      Horrible just horrible. My daughter is a victim of identity theft and I went there to try and get information for a police report like I was told by customer service. The manager was so nasty treated my daughter and I as if we were the criminals. He has bad attitude problem and do not have no customer service etiquette whatsoever. I kept it cool because I was with my daughter but he should not be the Manger or be able to work there to help people who is in need of help. Guess we didn't look the part of a victim. Never me again I will never go back to this s#@t hole of a bank location.

      Place smells like pee. Has not been updated since the mid 90’s. There customer service amount to telling you to use the atm. Run by lazy people who hate their jobs.
