      Went on vacation out of the country my card was locked after a $17 purchase and because my land line phone number I had provided wasn't working TD bank couldn't send me the code I needed on my cell phone or thru email I had to wait to get back from vacation to show my id I will never bank here again

      Will not let you notarized without having an account there even though the website says you don't need an account also can't purchase money order without having an account JUST SAD
