This is my home branch and I have only had good experiences there. So my 2 star review is not associated with this Chadds Ford branch. However my experience with this bank online and their online customer service has been awful! What has happen to this bank?? 40 mins to talk to a customer service rep Really! Not once always! I won't even get started on all the other little things that make this banking experience laughable. Get it together TD! You were once my favorite bank. The ONLY reason I still have an account there is that it is secondary.
