      Easy to see right off of Deer Park Road servicing Deer Park and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Nice staff. Close to other stores and restaurants. Drive through available for easy access. We will most likely be going back.

      Jason Hewitt is unhelpful. He Worries more about closing the store to go home rather than to help a customer. I know many times other staff are able to assist customers even if it’s a few minutes before closing. But Jason was so adamant on closing and every question we had was responded with a negative tone with no solution to help. Disappointed with our experience at this branch.

      I called on the phone to ask some questions regarding my account and how some transactions work. The woman did not know how to explain to me what I wanted to know. She then told me to go to the branch and get paper book to keep my account. She also told me that she was not there to manage my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was on hold for 25 minutes I gave up. I am very upset for being treated that way. I have an account for a long time. I'm starting not to like the customer service at TD Bank.
