      Darrel S. was so pleasant in helping me today I wanted to publicly say THANK YOU. He was at his desk and got up to ask if I needed help because the two tellers were involved in lengthy transactions. I jokingly said, "where did the lollipops go?" He smiled and went in the back and put a variety of flavors into a little envelope and brought them out to me with the happiest smile. He was wearing a mask but I could see it in his eyes. I was having a rough day and ...his gesture made it all better. Thank you for him and the very enjoyable experience. I appreciated it!!!!!!

      Most inconvenient bank I’ve ever been in. Waited one half hour today for basic transaction and every time I’ve been here. Fortunately I was closing the account. Never again!
