      This is one of the best TD banks I've been to!! It is so clean and everyone is so professional. I needed a new card and it was ready for me and I was in and out. The representative that helped me was very friendly and helpful. It's on Chapel St so I thought parking would be rough but it's very easy. It's right on the corner so you can get parking easily.

      I call and set up an appointment for a debit card with Felician and of course when I arrived I have to wait 30mins before I’m helped. This is after the rep promised I would be seen right away knowing the matter was time sensitive. The service sucks. What is the point of creating an appointment if you always have to wait 30mins to an hour to be seen for something as simple as a debit card replacement. I have given them chance after chance and still it never fails they continue to disappoint and inconvenience me. They’ll
