      Opened this account on a promotional. My advice, bank elsewhere. The customer service is so god awful, when you make a valid point that their conditions for their own promotion have been satisfied and backed up by factual evidence they can see, they still deny you the promotional benefits, and even hang up on you. I'm closing my account on payday and taking my business elsewhere. This bank is a joke and their employees are straight up clowns.

      Terrible service, conflicting information given by tellers and TD Bank call center, they will hold checks on new accounts for >6 business days and there’s nothing you can do about it
