      The service is good, overall. I've opened multiple accounts for business and personal. This service seems to be a little slower (1hr+) but they print your card right away vs waiting 10 business days by mail. I've had help with wire transfers & the customer service is friendly & patient. I don't recommend coming here when you're in a rush - it's best by appointment.

      The worst. The ATM is always down. The staff are slow and they don’t care. They just keep doing their thing with no worries that the lines are out the door.
