      I have had my account with this bank for 25 years along with the mergers. I have my personal and business accounts with TD Bank. I have used TD Bank in Maine, New Hampshire and now Massachusetts. The Walpole Branch has always exhibited excellent customer service whenever I come to this branch. Everyone has been professional and helpful. For example, the suggestions made by bank personnel have been not only been terrific but have saved me time and money. I am grateful for all of the assistance that I received at this branch for my personal accounts and my PPP loan that I received for my small business during the PANDEMIC. Thanks for your assistance. Great job!

      Manager here is terrible. Called me up and pulled me out of a meeting today to tell me he cannot honor an incentive for a 15 year bank member. Mind you I was already given this information and shared my concerns via the corporate line and that's the best they can do for a response. Waste of my time. Will be looking to transfer to a bank that values thier loyal customers.
