      My favorite local bank. Whenever I have to go into the branch, it is easy and painless. The branch staff is friendly and accommodating.

      I've been with TD Bank for many years. One day meant to do a deposit in my account but I clicked withdraw by accident and my account went under the required amount so was charged a maintenance fee. Iadded in the funds right away to reverse it and called customer service the next day. They refused to refund my fee and told me to go to a branch. Fast forward 60 days later finally have a chance to go to the branch but they could not reimburse the fees because it is apparently over the allotted days. They originally said it was 90 days but the system did not allow them to reverse it. spoke with the manager and there was absolutely nothing else in the world they could do so elected to close all 3 of my accounts with TD. hope it was worth it. It is not always about the fees but it's the principals.
