  I have been with this bank for 6yrs, never had a problem, always friendly & willing to help me with any concerns that I may have. However this wk I had a couple of fraudulent charges on my account & I went into the Seneca branch to dispute the charges & close my account. I was lead into the office of Brianna Lynch, which happens to be the Bank Manager and I have never been treated so awful by customer service in my life. She refused to close my account & open a new account, stating that that issuing me a new debit card would solve the problem. Her attitude, her tone & lack of concern for the safety of my account was unbelievable!! Im still stunned by how I was treated!! This person does not deserve the title that she holds& clearly needs to be educated in customer service. She argued with me over closing my account & just was not gonna take the time out of her day to do so, even at my request. She treated me very nasty & I'm not done yet. On the bright side, the rest of the staff is very friendly & willing to meet your needs.

  Good bank for the most part but much better when you get one of the white girls....either Les or the skinny one otherwise your going to have to deal with some aggravating condescending behavior! They are so much more knowledgeable and professional🤷
