      I came into get a letter notarized. There was 1 person in front of me…the only notary in the bank had the audacity to tell me she’s leaving and there’s a 45 minute wait for her to finish up her other work before she can help me! ZERO STARS! I closed 1 of my accounts IMMEDIATELY as the other had pending charges ! There isn’t a lack of banks ANYWHERE but an extreme lack of customer SERVICE! No manager available as usual!! As it turns out, I went to UPS and guess what??? They have a notary and guess who got their letter notarized and as I drove around the block to TD the notary is gone for the day! Not even 15 minutes after I left the bank….this situation escalated to management! *****update****** The branch manager reached out to me to discuss and offered me a credit for the situation so I am up-ing my review to 3 stars, but at the end of the day my experience with TD was extremely disappointing and I have transferred my savings elsewhere

      I WENT TODAY THRU THE DRIVE THRU...NO CAR JUST WALKED. AND THE LADY AND MAN AT THE WINDOW WAS SO SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET. AND JENNIFER THE MANAGER WAS SO HELPFUL AND SWEET ON THE PHONE.
