      This review is based off the wrong information about what a commonwealth notary of Pa in a branch location has the authority to notarize. Not only was this the second location that was a little nicer in customer service as for the attention given but it was a waste of time. To get there with an elderly person and wanting a POA notarized and be told that they can’t do it. When in fact, according to the website of TD, a POA can be done there. Waste of time and gas.
