      I use the ATM machine several times never had a problem maybe the guy Shawn Lyons was having a bad hair day I think I might try that Bank out I love a challenge and close all of my accounts all over the US and deposit my money in the Athol branch Bank and transfer my 401k there also

      Very disrespectful and rude due to there mistakes and procedures the customer pays the price I have been a customer for over 12yrs and if your looking for a gd respectful bank that has your best interest thus bank is bot it..i will be pulling all my money and moving to a real bank that appreciates the customer..if I could rate them a -100 I would this branch is a joke
