      I use the bank for business purposes and every single staff member has helped me at one point or any other. They are friendly, accurate and fast! I would recommend them to anyone solely based on their customer service skills!

      bank is absolutely horrible. account was closed with 2k in it and I was not told why. i drove 4 hours up there to “unlock” my account only to be told 2 days later my account would be closed. stay away from this horrible bank

      This is the worst bank! I drove 3 hours to get money out of my closed account and they wouldnt give me the money on my account because they claim they cannot call the fraud department on their own from the store they can only email them. But I could call the fraud department myself ??? I had another account get closed and was able to get my funds from those account no problem. The other Banks were able to call and unlock my account so I was able to receive my fun NO PROBLEM because those banks. Closing my accounts all because I got Zelle payments. This bank is the absolute.
