      I have never encountered a bank with less knowledgeable staff. After four phone calls and two in person visits, they were still unable to setup automatic payment of a mortgage despite (supposedly) talking to their mortgage department. I wouldn't rely on them for any financial transaction more complicated than making change, and I'd still count it twice!
