      I was at the bank in Hawthorne, NJ this morning before work and was met at the door by very friendly staff! My issues were resolved quickly. Even when the tellers at the front end being busy took the time out to make everything right! Thank you your doing a great job. I always come here when I need assistance with my account and will go no where else. Thank you so much! Your the bestest!

      Horrible customer service by tellers. They are just rude and make you feel like you are just bothering them. I am now driving 2 additional minutes to the Fairlawn branch.
