  This TD bank have all 4 lane open every since COVID-19. It start out with 2 lanes, which turn into 3 then 4. No long line blocking traffic. If there is lines it would be in the parking lot and not out in traffic. I personally never been there with long traffic. I pass a lot of other TD Banks when I'm on the road because the line starts in traffic.

  I just was racial profiled just because I withdrew 6000.00. Not a nice bank as a black person you don’t feel welcome into the bank. The manager, assistant manager and teller make you feel like black people should not have any cash. Another white guy next to me was withdrawing a large amount cash and he was fine no racial profile. Why support TDBank if as a black person you are treated like we shouldn’t have anything

  I have been using TD bank for decade, I used to go to the one on River Road. But they closed now, so i have no choice to use the brand. 6 months ago i came to get my document it take 15 minute. This time took me more than 1hour. The customer service at a desk a young face with a black headband. is not friendly, un experience, un know how to handle customer.( she ask me to wait for 10 minute for my document to be print. as mean time she took other customer in and turn out i have to wait for more than 45 minute. Let said I did told her I am in the RUSH. beside that bathroom also closed.) I have to ask the store manager. He came out and telling me that they change rule my document could take 24 hours. Such a childish answer. Like I NEVER OWN OR DEAL WITH ANY ACCOUNT. I call customer service at 1800 they told me take 5 to 6 minute to get that document done and let give them 20 minute to travel by email....( NOT 45 MINUTES). If the bank make customer to wait more than 45 minute for document that need 10 minute ...PLEASE SWITCH YOUR INTERNET SERVICE or may be put back previous manager and other teller. Look at all of the customer service in this store they so un happy working there. Face are no friendly at all. They messed up my plan on that date. I will never step back to this brand door again. CHASE SEEM BETTER.
