      Overall a great experience! From walking in without an appointment, the staffs I interacted with were all friendly, approachable, and professional. Greeting me after I walked in there for the first time looking lost and figuring out what I needed and pointing me in the right direction. Once I reached the area I needed to be in, thankfully I did not have to wait long to be seen and taken care of. I walked in and out quickly with what I needed to be completed!

      I have been going here for while now and know most of the tellers here and this new Manager Alicia comes and changes rules up and has bad customer service and no respect. Was in drive through mic was still on and heard her talking about my past out loud with other employees and customers inside saying personal things about me. So embarrassing and disrespectful Closing my account Monday…….

      Extremely disrespectful and rude clerks. This place needs some management and customer service skills. Jacob who I believe is the manager was extremely vulgar and had a horrible attitude for no absolute reason and I’m in the customer service industry myself so I’m very polite and never rude when I go to other businesses therefore it did not start with me as I was very respectful and professional even after the fact. I highly advice higher ups to visit this place and make some changes with their employees since they are very disrespectful and hurting the business.The other reviews left by your customers proves my point.
