Iāve opened a bank account last week, Iāve deposited a few checks and this is the 4th or 5th working day and I still donāt have access to the money. Iāve been there twice and they said that: āthatās what is happening with new accountsā. Well then, they should stop calling their bank āAmerica most convenient bankā into āAmerica slowest bankā or āmost inconvenient bankā. By the way, the attitude of most of the employees including the manager would be more appropriate for New York City.... this was my experience.

I went to use the atm there and it took my card for no reason. Then they wouldnāt even get my card back for me! That was at the Agawam TD too! Thanks so much for ruining my kids day.
