      I have had nothing but troubles since I opened up my new checking and savings account online. They froze my account and sent to fraud protection because I opened it up online and they needed me to go to a branch and sign a form. (So what is the point of letting people open accounts online). Now they are getting their signals crossed on whether or not they have been fixed. I'm being told by one that they should be ok now and should expect the money transfer to work, but it doesn't and gets rejected back. Then they tell me that I should just try again because they tried to transfer the money before they unfroze. So I try again, and online banking will not let me and says that for security reasons I am not allowed and I should call support. I have signed up online, been frozen out of my accounts, had to go to branch, had transfers rejected, talked to support multiple times, called branch back and been told more than a couple of times it should be ok now. NOT!!
