      Natalie at the front desk is Exceptional, she went above and beyond for my banking needs. I'm not familiar with bank checks or the process and she walked me through and explained in detail. Extremely satisfied with her customer service. She is kind and knowledgeable one of the best tellers I have come across. Thank you !!!

      This TD bank has the worst customer service, it only took my first visit here to know I wouldn’t be back. I understand everyone has bad days, but to make a customer feel like there presence for coming in is a hassle for you? And also letting all the coworkers know in front of the customer. Everyone working at the counter was rude and made comments while I was standing there. Only friendly worker was the young girl with dark hair, the rest oof. I’ll talk to my boss about taking our business elsewhere.
